St. Stephens Creative Learning Center is a school that is working to improve the quality of education and spirituality for the youth of Essex. We strive to cultivate learning experiences that will prepare your little ones for their educational journey. If you want to give your child the education they need and deserve, fill out an application to begin the enrollment process.

We welcome your interest in enrolling your child(ren) in the St. Stephens Christian Academy. Admission is based on the completion of the application process and requirement.

It is important that the entire admission Policy and Procedures be read carefully.

Application Procedures

  1. Complete the Application for Admission and forward to St. Stephens Christian Academy.
  2. For each student applying, the following must be provided:
    • A completed Application
    • Proof of age for student entering (i.e. copy of birth certificate)
    • Documented record of immunizations
  3. Entrance testing is required for admission. The school will notify parents of testing dates after the application has been completed.
  4. Upon receipt of all admission material, an interview is scheduled with the Administrator. The purpose of the interview is to discuss the school and its programs, and to review the student's record.
  5. Acceptance will be in the form of a Welcome Letter.
  6. Early application is recommended.

Admissions Policy

It is the policy of the St. Stephens Christian Academy to admit children who meet the kindergarten and 1 st grade-age requirements and have agreed to the educational standards. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, and admissions policies or other school-administered programs.
